What you pay today: your first period, in full, at signup — ₹1,199 or ₹1,899 depending on the plan you pick. Prices above are inclusive of all taxes, so what you see is what leaves your account. Your subscription then renews on the same date each month or year. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR).
No refunds: subscription payments are non-refundable once made. Nothing auto-renews, so you are only ever charged when you choose to pay for another period, and you keep access until the period you've paid for ends. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

You pay for your first period when you sign up, and your account is live for exactly that period. Before it runs out you renew from your dashboard for the next month or year. Payments are processed by Razorpay; Dinetous never sees or stores your card details.
Your dashboard asks you to renew before it lets you back in, and your QR menus stop serving. Nothing is deleted — your menu, tables, staff and order history are all waiting, and paying for the next period brings everything back immediately.
Yes. Upgrade at any time and the new features switch on immediately, with the difference charged pro rata. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal so you keep what you've paid for.
There is nothing to cancel — nothing renews by itself and no card is kept on file. Stop by simply not renewing, and your account stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Payments already made are not refunded. Full details are in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
No setup fee and no lock-in contract on Starter or Growth. Enterprise terms are agreed in writing before you're invoiced.
